Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your Account page and press "Cancel my plan". It takes one minute. You will not be charged again.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date your account goes back to the free stories. Your progress is kept.
How does renewal work?
Your plan renews by itself at the end of each period (every month, or every year) and the same card is charged. Yearly members get an email before the renewal.
Do you give refunds?
No. All payments are final. When you cancel, the plan simply stops at the end of the period you paid for.
Which devices can I use?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern web browser. Sign in with the same email on each device.
Will there be more stories?
We plan to add more stories.
